One of the hardest finds while living in Canada and when we moved down to the States has been a good, fresh seafood shop. It took a bit of searching and many seafood purchases before finding our preferred seafood markets. In our test runs, seafood purchased at these markets below turned out fresh and delicious tasting seafood dishes like steamed whole fish, clams in white wine sauce, roasted mussels, to steamed Dungeness crab and pan-seared lobster tails.
