Fast food nowadays is synonymous with unhealthy, caloric, trans fat and quick takeout food. By definition, however, fast food is “food that can be prepared quickly and easily and is sold in restaurants and snack bars as a quick meal or to be taken out” (source, Google). Fast food has gotten a bad rep. There are some up-and-coming fast food joints that are shaking things up by offering with healthy, fresh and delicious quick bites.
