Moving is always a busy and chaotic time. Just remembering to call your contacts to update your new address is a lot of work on its own. ** Even if bank accounts are closed at your financial institution, ensure they have your new address or forwarding address on file so you’ll receive your Canadian T-slips and/or US 1099-INT interest income forms when tax return season comes around.
