Ginger Beer … Bold. Refreshing. Spicy.

ginger_beerI love ginger. Ginger in cooking, in marmalade jams, as crystallized candies, as ginger snap cookies, and definitely in drinks like hot honey ginger teas or ginger beers. Tasting different varieties of non-alcoholic ginger beers has been a hobby of mine for some time. Discovering new ginger beers that I haven’t yet tasted makes my day. These thirsty gems are found in common stores and often in little mom-and-pop shops too.
