Good Dog. Bad Dog.

20140715-good_dog_bad_dog When hot dogs come to mind, most people probably think of the common hot dog sausage grilled on the barbecue or boiled in hot water, then placed in a white bread hot dog bun and slathered with ketchup, mustard, onions and relish. However, with a touch of fusion cuisine styles, hot dogs can be gourmet delights.

Japadog puts a unique twist on hot dog by topping their dogs with Japanese garnishes like katsuobushi (fish flakes), kewpie mayonnaise (Japanese style mayonnaise) and shreds of roasted nori (Japanese seaweed). Whereas Esther’s Bakery hot dogs are fresh baked buns, stuffed with a delicious bratwurst (German sausage) and drizzled lightly with hot German mustard.

Let your taste buds do the convincing at these fine hot dog eateries. Enjoy!
